These terms govern your use of Toy Hunt UK at toyhunt.co.uk. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are

2. What Toy Hunt UK does
Toy Hunt UK is an information, price-comparison and affiliate website. We help users search for toys and show product information, prices, availability and links to third-party retailers.
We are not the retailer. We do not sell, dispatch, invoice or fulfil the toys shown on the site.
3. Retailer contracts
When you click through to a retailer, any purchase is governed by that retailer’s own terms, privacy policy, delivery arrangements, returns policy and other conditions. The retailer is responsible for the product and your purchase contract.
4. Prices and availability
Prices, stock, promotions and delivery costs can change at any time. Prices in our gift guides are shown with the date we checked them. Prices in our price comparison come from our partner retailers’ product feeds. Our comparison covers the retailers in those feeds, not every UK shop. A displayed price is not a binding offer from Toy Hunt UK. Always check the final price on the retailer’s website.
Where our product-feed system does not provide a valid current offer, we show that no price is available rather than estimate one.
5. Affiliate relationships
Links marked Ad, and the retailer buttons in our price comparison, are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we earn a commission from the retailer. This does not change the price you pay. Details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that causes harm, introduce malicious code, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
Unless stated otherwise, Toy Hunt UK branding, original text, layout and site code are owned by or licensed to the site operator. Third-party product names, trademarks, images and logos belong to their respective owners. Toy Hunt UK is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those owners, including Smyths Toys and the LEGO Group, beyond the affiliate programmes described in our Affiliate Disclosure.
8. External websites
Links to retailers and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, policies or practices.
9. No guarantee
Toy Hunt UK is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website, product feeds or external links will always be available, complete, accurate or error-free.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, Toy Hunt UK is not responsible for losses arising from your use of third-party retailer websites or your purchase of third-party products.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site develops. The current version will be published here.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
